Children's Ministries at Carmichael
Presbyterian
Outstanding programs for children of all ages
Loving environment with personal attention
Well-trained, dedicated Christian teachers
Christ-centered, Bible-based curriculum
Our Purpose:
"To enable the children of our church to grow to
maturity as active disciples of Christ"
Our department of Children's Ministries at Carmichael Presbyterian Church
is committed to the following goals:
1) To share knowledge of God's plan for our lives, using
Biblically
grounded curriculum to study both the Old and New Testaments.
2) To share Christ and His plan for salvation, and to
guide each
child into personal commitments to Jesus as Lord and Savior.
We trust that the Holy Spirit will lead and prepare
each child to receive this gift.
3) To guide children in the knowledge that they are
beloved children of God.
4) To help children develop an awareness of their Christian
responsibility to participate in the life and work of the church,
and to serve God at home, in the community, and in the world.
Ministry to Babies &Toddlers
(Birth to 3 years)
In our well-equipped nursery rooms (101 and 102), we provide according to their
age and development. Parents can leave their young children with confidence
with Paul and Mary Camozzi.
Our infant room (101) is equipped with a video feed of the service.
Ministry to Early Childhood
(Ages 3- 4)
Bright, attractive, well-equipped rooms reflect our love and concern for the
needs of our young children. They meet for "Godly Play" room 207.
"Jam" meets in room 104 after the children
are dismissed form the second service. They enjoy a short Bible story,
or puppet show, music, outside play, and plenty of fun! Our teachers
guide preschoolers into a beginning knowledge of the Bible, leading
them toward a belief in Cod as reveled through Jesus Christ. This class
is taught in a manner appropriate for the children's age and development
You may pick them up in room 104 when the service has ended.
Ministry to Elementary
(Grades K-5th grade)
