McMillen Hall was full to "Standing Room Only" for CPC's first Swing Band Concert. Many people took to the floor and danced in time to the old favorites e older people remember being played by the sing bands of the 30s, 40s and 50s. Those who didn't brave the crowded dance floor enjoyed watching those who did. Even the youngsters seem to enjoy trying their feet on the floor.

Sunday, March 14
McMillen Hall was full of items awaiting bids and people vying to win those bids. After we had the opportunity to view the many items and place our silent bids, we had a very good lunch prepared and catered by Branden Rodgers and Chris Jackson of Jackson Catering & Events. Auctioneer Pastor Keith was hoarse before the live auction began and could hardly speak when he finished. However, it did not seem to hamper the auction process. Many people were involved to make the day a success and did so wonderfully.
